We didn’t start out as a Growth Intelligence firm. We launched with a familiar playbook, aiming to be a sharp, agile consulting firm. But as we began working, we saw a gap between the advice clients were getting and the results they desperately needed. This isn’t a story about an established company reinventing itself.
